Adult Volunteer Opportunities

By becoming a volunteer at The Outdoor Campus, you will experience a variety of
opportunities that will increase your own and others' awareness of South Dakota's great
outdoors. To see some of the fun our volunteers have, click here. Some of the
opportunities we offer are (click on title for more information):

Qualifications to be an adult volunteer at The Outdoor Campus
- Be at least 16 years of age or older
- Submit a completed application form to the volunteer coordinator by the application deadline
- Schedule an interview with the volunteer coordinator
- Complete volunteer orientation training and any other pertinent classes
- Commit to a minimum of 50 hours a year
- Agree to and pass a criminal background check
